When you request a free demo

We save the information you submit: the student’s name and class, selected tutor and subject, country, availability, and your contact details. We also save optional details you provide, such as city, curriculum, guardian name and meeting preferences.

Academy administrators can view your request and contact details to arrange the demo. Teachers see the lesson schedule and limited teaching information; your contact details and free-text request notes are not included in their dashboard. Please provide only the details needed for that purpose. For younger students, a parent or guardian should provide the contact details.

Teacher contact details

When teachers complete their teaching profile, we collect a WhatsApp number with country code for academy coordination. It is visible to the teacher and authorised academy administrators, and is not displayed to students or on public tutor profiles.

Accounts and basic website operation

Accounts store the profile details you provide, along with securely hashed passwords. The website uses session cookies for sign-in and private request confirmations, and security controls to protect forms. Request time and hashed contact/IP identifiers help limit repeated demo submissions. Hosting systems may also keep technical access logs.

Assignments and homework

Lesson assignments, attached worksheets, student answers, uploaded work and tutor feedback are stored in the academy database. They are available to the assigned student, the lesson’s tutor and academy staff. Please avoid including personal contact information or unrelated documents in homework. Ask the academy if you need a correction or removal.

WhatsApp and other services

The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, where its own privacy terms apply. No WhatsApp message is sent just by submitting our demo form. We agree on a meeting platform before the demo; that service has its own terms and privacy practices. The website is hosted on Render and uses externally hosted fonts. When email delivery is connected, Brevo processes the recipient address and message for OTPs, password resets, booking confirmations and personalised teacher approval emails. Confirmation emails include the agreed schedule and meeting link.

Questions, corrections or removal requests

Contact Boscolyn Academy through WhatsApp at +91 81370 83009 to ask about your information, request a correction or request removal. Please do not send passwords or database credentials. A team member will review your request.

Online payment collection is not enabled. We do not ask for card details in demo forms.
